Our highly experienced, certified groomers are experts in breed-specific grooming standards and know how to keep dogs comfortable and relaxed—even those who find grooming stressful. All grooming clients must provide proof of vaccinations, including a signed rabies certificate before their appointment.
What Are Our Cancellation & Lateness Policies?
We strive to stay on schedule to provide top-notch service for all our clients. Please note:

Cancellations & Reschedules: Appointments changed less than 24 hours before will incur a $30 fee.

No Shows: A fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost will apply.

Late Arrivals:
15+ minutes late = $25 late fee
30+ minutes late = Appointment canceled + No Show fee applied
